i never would’ve thought..
..that it’ll be so difficult to lower the quality of drawings.
team leader tells me to draw less detailed / lower quality works…
apparently my rendering is too smooth and when they shrink the images all the details get lost anyway.
but..
how do i do that.. i can’t..
they tell me to finish at the point when it still looks so bad……

Maybe you could try experimentating with different shading methods? Instead of just blending, try cross hatching, stippling, etc.
