welp.
since i couldn’t fall asleep last night and still feel wide awake i got myself sleeping pills at a drug store. i come back home, look for dosage instructions at the box and whaddya know, it says ‘not for glaucoma patients’ (i don’t have glaucoma diagnosed but i am in a very high risk group, have to take annual tests and all).
oh well. no risk no fun, right?

I took sleeping aids for awhile , then I switched to Valarian root - its herbal and works just as well and I dont feel like shit in the morning. It takes a little for your system to get used to it ,but maybe try that.

Sleep comes with the risk of never waking up again.. might as well put on your Big Girl pants and toughen up. :P

Perhaps you should try an antihistamine like Benedryl to help with your sleep problems~ I find it works really well and doctors will sometimes recommend that instead of sleeping pills.

If you aren’t getting treatments for glaucoma, you should be okay I think? I hope so. Be careful, len-yan. Sweet dreams, sleep well.
